Zlata Sushchik creates' customized plans for her clients needs, goals and habits to help them achieve their optimal lifestyle. It is designed to provide virtual coaching utilizing the internet based communication services. ZlataLife practice and Zlata Sushchik provide a unique approach to combining nutrition and fitness to help their client find a proactive long-term lifestyle solution.

ZlataLife creates nutritional and fitness plans based on the macro vision philosophy for flexible lifestyle diet and custom workout schedule based on client’s goals. The success of each plan is based around in depth client assessment of eating habits, current work out schedule, level of fitness experience, health statistics and conditions.

ZlataLife virtual coaching program is customized for every client, based on his or her individual body composition, traits and challenges. ZlataLife plans are duration based depending on the total fat loss goal that client is looking to achieve. Minimal duration of the plan is three months to insure sustainable results and the long-term commitment of the client to their new lifestyle.
Includes: nutrition, fitness and accountability.
ZlataLife plans are duration based depending on the total fat loss goal the client is motivated to achieve. Minimal duration of the plan is three months to achieve sustainable results and the long-term commitment of the client to their new lifestyle. First plan is based on total fat loss of less then 15 pounds targeted for three month duration Second plan is based on total fat loss of less then 30 pounds and targeted for six month duration Every client has an option to remain on the retainer bases upon reaching their goals for a flat monthly fee.

Zlata Sushchik provides you with nutrition break down and fitness routine based on your visual goals and current habits. Zlata wil advice you on how to improve your lifestyle and achieve sustainable long term results.
Includes: nutrition+fitness. Duration of consultation is 60 minutes

During the consultation, Zlata will assess your eating habits and level of exercise and create a custom program that fits your goals, needs and lifestyle habits. After this consultation you will be set to restart your journey with all the tools you need to succeed.
